Taking action in your area
Migraine affects people in every corner of the UK. You can improve the lives of those suffering from migraine by persuading politicians to support better policies where you live. Just by talking to your local politicians you can help change Government policy and help us to raise the profile of migraine.
You can take action in your local area in a number of ways:
1. Write to your MP or Councillor sharing the report and infographic and asking them to raise the issue in Parliament on your behalf
2. Write to your local Health and Wellbeing Board asking what steps they are taking to improve migraine care
3. Visit a charity website such as The Migraine Trust and Migraine Action and see what you can do to take part in local events and campaigns
